Yes! All our patches are designed for easy iron-on application. Each patch has a thin polymer backing that, when heated and cooled, adheres permanently to most fabrics. The backing is thin enough for sewing if preferred. Detailed iron-on instructions are included with every order. Note: Do not iron patches onto leather, satin, nylon, rayon, or tri-acetate fabrics, as they may be damaged at 400°F.
No, we don’t make custom patches or apparel.
Unfortunately, our patches are designed in those particular sizes because the embroidery technology requires it for the best quality therefore, they cannot be automatically resized. If we try to make them smaller we will loose much of the detail and they won’t look good.
We do not plan to make designs for smaller sizes at this moment.

All of our items ship from our warehouse in Europe, Bulgaria, Sofia.

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse up to 7 business days after the order date. Most of our products are produced at the time of order specifically for you. Your patience is important to us and we are thankful for it!

If you have incorrectly formatted or entered your address, please contact customer support info@graphicine.com immediately with your order number and correct shipping address. If you fail to communicate a shipping address change before your order is shipped you will have to contact the courier to reroute your order. Graphicine is not responsible for shipment to an incorrect address if we are not provided the information prior to dispatch.
If your package fails to be delivered due to an insufficient delivery address the goods will be returned to us. Please contact us if this occurs and we will organize a reshipment to an updated shipping address.
Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled after 12 hours of being placed. Since our products are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase, and each item is created specifically for the customer.
We kindly ask that you double-check our size chart and store policies before completing your checkout to ensure everything is correct.

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you live in a rural area or remote island; contact us first to make sure we can get your order to you safely.
All U.S. duties and tariffs are included in the final price—there are no additional charges upon delivery for U.S. customers.
For customers outside the EU, please note that local import taxes, customs fees, or other charges may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU or the U.S. may incur local duties, taxes, or advancement fees where applicable.
The posting is made by tracked international priority mail from Bulgaria, so you will receive a tracking number by which you can follow the route of your item. It usually takes from 5 to 10 business days to reach the destination. We can offer a fast shipping with DHL Express but you have to choose this option on the Checkout page. DHL Express takes from 3 to 5 business days.
Our shipping rates come directly from the shipping companies used depending on what part of the world you are ordering from. We do not add any handling fees. The live shipping and international rates fluctuate and we do not control how they are adjusted. All sales tax is determined on which Country your order is being shipped too. We’ ll send your order worldwide by Airmail.
International postage times can vary, and on rare occasions packages can take up to 6 weeks (32 working days) to arrive. They will not be classed as lost or delayed by the mail carrier until this point.
Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page and are calculated based on weight, shipping method and destination.
Your patches are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. Smaller orders are sent in a brown bubble-lined envelope, while larger orders use a white rigid envelope. Every package includes a free tracking number so you can monitor your shipment from our store to your door.
RETURNS
If you ordered the incorrect size please immediately contact ou customer support with your order number and detail what was ordered in the incorrect size and we will remove them from your order. If you realize you ordered the incorrect size upon delivery, please email support to request a return and do NOT open your goods.
Changed your mind? Just make sure it’s eligible for return, then send it back following the steps below and we’ll help with a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, items will still need to be returned no later than 30 days from the date you receive them.
To help us make it a faster turnaround for you, include a note with the following:
•The GRAPHICINE order number
•Your email address
•A list of what you’re sending back and why
•Whether you want store credit, refund or a replacement/exchange
•If you’d rather print out a form, here it is in Word and PDF formats.
Return shipping is payable by the customer so the choice of carrier/shipping method is at your discretion however we would always encourage you to choose a tracked option.
Please ensure to return to the correct return address. We cannot accept responsibility for returns posted to the incorrect return address.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any issues that occur in transit back to us and should this happen you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for advice on next steps. Please ensure to choose a method that ensure delivery to our address as our team members are unable to collect parcels from pick up points or depots etc
All items are inspected on return. In order to receive your requested exchange or a full refund/store credit, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).
